Neck

One of our residents is pretty good, but I can’t get over her appearance. She is very health conscious, and eats only birdlike things, always talks about going running, skiing, and rock climbing. However, she is also putting on serious weight. She’s pretty thin in her shoulders, but she is quickly turning into a pear. The other unfortunate aspect of her weight gain is her face. It is mulitiplying her chin like a pregnant rabbit in Australia. First there was one, then there were two. And now that second sometimes has it’s own chin.

The entire effect is to turn her head into something that resembles a bowling ball, designed to knock over what it cannot crush. This is so fitting, actually, that she should keep the fat on her neck. It's probably also useful in car accidents to prevent whiplash.
